Basically the same as the file I submitted below, but without the errors and omissions that make that one not work.

This is a hack job that allows % discounts in the admin->specials section to apply to the graduated pricing in Staffelpreis as well. It will most likely take some re-hashing to get working in another environment, but this will help get one started.

If anyone wants to clean this up or streamline it to eliminate some database I/O, I wouldn't mind. Honest.

With this addon you can manage graduated prices in the admin of oscommerce.
the second effect all prices in admin are shown with tax included.
