Now has bounds checking on data sent to HSBC. This stops the problem of osc allowing more data in fields than HSBC will accept in a post. Symptom is that customer will not be able to progress past the confirm order page on you osc shop.

This is the complete v3.0 package with the changes added, it is not my on working version as that has other site specific changes. For that reason I have not been able to test the packaged files. I have taken care to cut and paste acurately and the actual code inserted has been tested.
