Combined login/create_account
I couldn't stand the checkout process as it is, and one of the changes I made was to combine the login and create account pages. Here's my files. If you have an unmodified website, you can just copy it over. If you have a heavily modified website, you need a file comparison program like Winmerge, if you don't already have one.

This doesn't work properly. When you enter the information for a new account and click continue, the page turns blank.
