Upgrade Pricing
This contribution fills a gap in OSC for Software vendors and others who want to give their customer a special "upgrade" price for the latest version of a product if, and only if, the customer has purchased the previous version of the product.

Note: I am using the current code (v0.1) on my production store and it is doing exactly what I want, for now. This contrib needs to be made easier to use and there are lots of features that can be added.
