A module which enables the payment option Cresco.
Cresco is for the time being only available to norwegian shops.

If you encounter problems with the SSL certificate - please open checkout_success.php and add www in front of
https://cresco.no/forms/brukfin.aspx?bnr=
so it says
https://www.cresco.no/forms/brukfin.aspx?bnr=
This line is 2 times in checkout_success.php
The same info is in the attached zip-file.
