Show All Categories with SEO friendly URL and category image

I've modified allcategories.php to allow it to show the category image and also to have the URL formated in a way that it is compatible with Ultimate SEO as the original contribution I installed did not work.

This is a great module to use for search engines and also to have a 'browse all aisles' feature on your site. You can see it in operation right here:
