Display TAX on/off
What this contrib does:
It gives the customer the option of viewwing your shop without taxes. Also I've fiddled with the sort order of ot_tax so that it adds +10 to the sort number when inc. tax, so that if you set ot_tax to 4 and ot_total to 5, then the tax will go below the total when inc. tax, and above when ex- tax.
Only one DB change needed.
As I don't have stock osC I'm only including what changes I've made, and not the actual files, if a kind soul whould do that it would be great.
This is my first contrib, so bear with me if I'm doing it wrong :P
