Australian BankSA/St George CC Payment Module

This is a realtime CC processing module designed to work with either St George Bank or Bank of South Australia's IPG.

This module creates a new SQL table when installed from the admin console. It stores all transaction and bank response details in the table.

Also includes modifications to the invoice.php, orders.php and packingslip.php to display the bank confirmation text.
