The contribution is fine, but depending on your mysql server an error could occur but doesn't give an indication till you go to use the contribution. Zip contains the install instructions, to which I have noted the type of error you might encounter and the fix for it under step.#1. I have installed this contribution on 2 different operating systems and this is the only problem I encountered
