All International Zones

This file is a SQL statement that will create an International zone using all countries except the United States (includes U.S. Minor Outlying Islands and U.S. Virgin Island). Simply run this statement in your osC database.

This statement assumes that you have less than 11 geo_zones installed and less than 502 zones_to_geo_zones installed.
