Update to add support for downloading coupon codes to the OrderIntegrator database.

If you already have Order Integrator installed simply unzip the plugin to your plugins folder (overwrite the old file) and then choose "Rescan & Register Plugins" from the plugins option menu.

I forgot to add the source code to my last upload. This version is identical to the previous upload except that it now includes the source code.

The default SQL server port (3306) was being used no matter what server port was entered. This version fixes the bug.

This plugin can download orders from your osCommerce database into
Order Integrator.

Order Integrator is an order management program that allows you to import sales
from osCommerce, Amazon.com, Channel Advisor, eBay Blackthorne, eBay SA Pro so
you can ship them with Endicia Internet Postage and export them to QuickBooks.
There is also a plugin system that can support other online market places,
shipping software and accounting software.

To use this plugin unzip OSCServerImport.dll into your Order Integrator plugins
directory and click 'Rescan & Register Plugins' on the Plugins Option Menu.
