What this contrib does:

This contribution is a simple copy + modify of contact_us.php that your website visitors to make wholesale inquiries. They fill out the form, it sends the store admin an email with their name, store name, store address, store tax id, email address, and any special comments they wish to add.

this is the complete Wholesale Inquiries package v2.1 plus the french files as well as the updated readme for it.

1. Added the ability to change where you receive the email from the potential wholesale
customer, instead of it just going to the default email address for the store. This is very
helpful when you have different departments handling different things.
(Same as below, but fixed a typo in the readme.)
