Bug fix to 1.1b

This is a variation on the original 1.1 such that tax inclusive is the default and to indicate a tax exclusive special price you use e. The original version is tax ex by default and uses i to indicate tax inc.

Hi Guys - thanks for a great Contrib.

This version is a variation that has Tax Inclusive as the default, rather than exclusive - as a result used e to indicate tax exclusive rather than i to indicate tax inc.

IMPORTANT: Use Version 1.1 if you want Tax exclusive by default!!

Added comments in the readme.txt file for how to add example usage text to the specials admin page.

No code changes, all credit to original author.

Repackaged, only change is to readme.txt file.

This contribution allows you to use the tax inclusive special price when defining specials by adding 'i' to the end, similarly to the way '%' is used for percentage discounts.

Included is the default admin/specials.php file with the changes applied.
