In admin, while producing product, indicate which obligatory shippingmethod must become applied.
If a shippingmethod (for example Store Pick Up) is indicated in admin a customer who selected the concerning product will see in the shopping_cart page:
"By product marked with * this order can only be picked up at our store."
In checkout the complete order has the Store Pick Up shippingmethod.
