Upload this to your catalog/includes/modules/email_invoice/templates folder

Then under Admin / Config / E-mail Options, change the template file name to box_invopice.php

This update takes care of the following issues among just some basic polishing and cosmetic changes

- Shopping Cart not resetting after the email is sent
- Sending a multipart email in both plain text and html, just in case the customers email client doesn't support html they won't just get garbage
- Updated the readme file to a full fledge HTML document complete with tutorial images

Thanks to Poorman, made me a ware that one of the queries in the sql file was truncated by mistake.
If you were getting sql query errors it was because the last statement was missing part of the query.

Rewritten to support multiple email invoice template files.
There are currently 2 invoice templates supported, the standard OSCommerce invoice
and the look and feel provided by the Fancier Invoice & Packingslip v1.0 contribution.
I do a good amount of print and design work so I will also be adding some new fresh templates, to spice up the overall look of invoice emails.

Added some more readme.txt installation information and also fixed the sql insert statement so the default is not 1.

Added some additional instructions to the readme.txt file.

This mod allows you to send an invoice via email to your customer at the time the order is placed. The invoice used is the same invoice that is shown on the administration side of the catalog.
This mod is useful if you want the professional look provided by the admin invoice feature emailed to your customers, instead of the standard plain text looking order confirmation email.
