Menu Over Mod
This mod. adds two funtions to the standard menus. First, it converts each menu item into a cell
instead of just a clickable link. Not only is each menu item given its own cell, the entire cell
becomes a clickable link, not just the words in it. I find this VERY helpful. Also, when your mouse
is over the cell, it changes the cell color, and the font color accordingly so it has a highlight effect.

Made some changes. This is the complete contribution.

The included files in the first release were correct but the install.txt was missing some code. In addition, I made a change to boxes.php to eliminate a line that was appearing at the end of the box.
