disallow deletion of orders
if you want to keep all orders in the shop
this mod changes two things the admin order interface:
1. the administrator cannot chage a status "Delivered" anymore
2. an order cannot be deleted in the order section
todos:
- it is still possible to change the status if you alter the POST-DATA, but this is rather unprobable
- a deletion of some kind should be possible, maybe with a password

with this update it is really safe.
even the database restore function is disabled.
this makes sure, that all data stays in the shop - whatever the shop-admin tries to do ;)
