Shopping Cart and Reviews Infobox Header Hyperlinks
Two small simple changes to make the Infobox titles for the Shopping Cart and Reviews infoboxes clickable links, as opposed to the user having to click that little bitty arrow.

this is better, cause all boxes, that have links will be clickeable.
also this mod has the feature, that the space between the arrow and the link is fixed too (set to 3 pixel)
