Great contribution!

I disabled the certapay module when customer buys a downloadable product. Otherwise the client selects certapay as a method of payment, never pays and gets the download link.

Also I added the French translation.

Finally I added a comment in the email send to the customer warning him that changing the security question and password may slow the treatment of its order.
