Another Breadcrumb Trail Hack

<p>Yes another breadcrumb trail hack. I was able to get the breadcrumb trail to display on the nested index page and products info page.</p>
<p>Instructions in the readme file. As usual BACKUP files before making changes</p>
<p><i><b>*</b>In my version I have removed the breadcrumb trail from the header. This hack may not be for you if you plan to leave it in the header</i></p>
