Separate GST/PST for Canada
This is a simplistic patch that will show GST & PST on separate lines.
Easy to install. Just extract this file to: includes/classes, and it will overwrite your current order_total.php (in most cases, where you are running 2.2-CVS, this should not be a problem.)
