An OSC 2.2 payment module for http://optimalpayments.com
I pretty much edited the existing paypal module to work with optimalpayments.com dynamic payment system. Much like paypal, you are redirected to their secured site to enter your CC number.
This is NOT a automatic "behind the scene" CC processing module (which can be done if anyone wants to attempt it, you can get their API in the support section of their website), it woeks just like paypal does, gathers all the billing info and redirects to their site for processing.

When my customers choose credit card, they are taken to the optimal payments link successfully, but their order does not show up in oscommerce adminconsole /customers/orders area. I can receive their payment but cannot see what was in their shopping cart.
