Admin orders listing payment Method (AdOrLiPaMet 1.0)

This contribution adds an additional column to the orders.php showing the payment method for the order.
This is very helpful if you allow your customers to choose from more than one payment method in their order.
The reason is that I sometimes didn't recognize a customer choose invoice as payment method and therefor I forgot to process the order.
This is my first, very simple and easy to install contribution.
And now have fun and enjoy it :-)
