Masked VeriSign Payflow Link
This contribution is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
This is a hack of two other contributions in order to mask the appearence of VeriSign's Payflow Link. I was turned off at the idea that VeriSign's Payflow Link required the customer to leave our site and click confirm on their site. This caused a couple issues, both cosmetic and function. I decided to use the Payflow link contribution that uses CSC which I had already tested and worked great, and I put together a way to mask the entire process from the customer.
If you notice any bugs, or security issues please inform me and I will fix it as well.
Hopefully all the files/chages are listed below and you'll be able to install them without a problem.

This contribution will add a sort order feature to the PayFlow Link contributions. I have only tested this on the Masked Payflow Link V1.01e contribution, though I suspect that it will work with other PayFlow Link contribs.
I have tested this successfully with Christopher Gulliver's Masked Payflow Link V1.01e contribution http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,2892
This is not the full Masked PayFlow Link contrib, it is only the Sort Order install instructions.
Fixed support for fraud orders. If the order trips the VeriSign fraud filter then it willallow the order to go through, however it will be flagged as 'pending review' order status and informs the customers that the order is under review.

Fixed step 6.a.i and 6.c.i, the sections of code that can be copied was missing the FROM statement at the end.

Added a suggestion to verify that FORCE COOKIE USE is set to FALSE.
I also switched the payflow link URL to the new one that is going into effect as of 07/01/2005.
Payflow link will work with both right now, but after july it will only work with the newest one:
https://payments.verisign.com/payflowlink

Corrected some more mistakes, if you downloaded v1a and couldn't get it to work get v1b and check the changes.pdf file. That should help you understand all the changes.
If this is your first time installing it pay attention to the install.txt file. There are a lot of similar parts that go in folders admin/includes/classes and store/includes/classes please be careful putting the code in the correct spot. I know I made a mistake last time with what code went where.

I made some changes to the install file to fix some mistakes as well as make it easier to understand. I also added a section setting up VeriSign Manager.
Thanks to jjjustinnn who helped point out these inconsistancies.
