Scrolling Marquee in header

This feature lets the store owner display any text at the top that will scroll from right to left. Useful for announcing upcoming specials, or just thanking your visitors for stopping by.

the last contributions donīt work in my store, so I did a little change to the Justin Rains contribution and right now it works property in my site.
