Multicards Payment module for Ms1

For those still using MS1 like me and wanting to use multicards.
This contrib will also be available on the Multicards site shortly.
Works fine on my OSC2.2 MS1 and approved by multicards.
For Ms2 there is another contrib available, this will only work for Ms1.
