Add Weight and Weight Total to Cart
This contribution adds product weight and the total weight to the shopping cart. It is also compatible with Add Weight To Product Attributes v0.1.

The estimated shipping weight calculated in the shipping cart does not take into account if
SHIPPING_BOX_PADDING is defined in the configuration to add a percentage to the total weight (not just SHIPPING_BOX_WEIGHT used in the current calculation)
The new calculation picks the larger of the fixed and percentage rates used to add packaging weight.
This includes updated instructions to correctly calculate the shipping weight
for exmple the graphic card with option
of 16m (option)
The add weight to cart.txt has a small error. The error and the correction are in the zipped text file. No other files are included.
