The original invoice.php din't show the correct incl. Excl VAT.

Problem fixed.

Easy install:

1. Backup your orginal invoice.php in catalog/admin
2. Upload new invoice.php to catalog/admin

Done..

This is an update in GERMAN to a serious business look for the orders form with:
- colored frames
- colored text
- your logo
- customer Nr. (important for i.e german shops)
- order Nr.
- order date
- billing date (important for i.e german shops)
- billing Nr. (important for i.e german shops)

- the international bank informations at the bottom (hard coded)
