FirstPay Module

This is my first contribution. I wrote it because I had a customer who needed to use FirstPay. All I did was take the Authorize.net module and tweak it to make it work for FirstPay. I stopped tweaking once it worked, so there may still be extraneous code left in there. Feel free to improve it, but it works the way it is.
