'We' like to keep OSCOMMERCE in good shape and people are making a mess lately, but that is my opinion.

What Why & How to....
This contribution is created because i did see the need to be able to change a single file without shutting down the whole site like with the Down for Maintenance contribution.
So you can set in the admin which pages you want to have LOCKED / Under Construction to the public.
I thought to be smart... lol and i adjusted it so that the admin still can see those pages by checking his IP which you can also set in the admin area.
Just read the install info.

This is just an update to the previous version. Version v1.0 does not support SearchEngineSafe URLS option. So this is only a mod to the application_top.php in catalog dir. See update.txt.
