This contribution enhances the page 'catalog/shipping.php' so that your configured shipping costs will be displayed.
It uses the configured shipping-modules and lists also different shipping methods

The previous version was displaying only zeroes in my osc2.2MS2 shop.
One file to modify, instructions inside readme.txt file.
