This contribution will replace bad words in customers reviews with **** signs.

In: catalog/includes/functions/general.php
Replace:
$message = ereg_replace(trim($word),"*****",$message); //replace words
With:
$message = preg_replace('/trim($word)/',"*****",$message); //replace words
This avoids deprecated warnings showing on server with PHP 5.3 or higher.
