What's the goal of this contribution?

This contribution installs the payment module "saferpay" and configures
the shop to accept the payment method saferpay.
SAFERPAY MODULE V1.0 provides the data transfer from the shop to the
saferpay server to complete the transaction during the checkout process.
Install howto's in german and english are included.

Corrected a bug in multiple currencies support.
Now it works fine :)
Only the saferpay module file has been modified.
SAFERPAY Mod 1.2 corrects some minor bugs, with an improved code. Easier to setup.
It uses now the saferpay executable file which is installed on your server, to make the transaction.
There is also the possibility to automatically process the payment (No need to log in the saferpay admin page to validate an order).
Documentation in English.
Small fix for banktransfer
[Tested on osCommerce Version 2.2-MS2 and 2.2-MS1]
Compatible with moneyorder, invoice, cod and banktransfer.
Banktransfer functioned now accurately.
