Fixed the SQL file (it still was not completely fixed in the last two posts).
"TABLE_GOOGLE" needed to be changed to "google" in two places in the sql file.
If you have a problem with the SQL table. Then try this SQL file instead.

This first upload had a mistake in the instructions at step 7. This upload fixes that. This file contains all needed files so you do not need to upload the first version.
