Hierarchical Categories on Manufacturer Page
If you have nested categories, they don't always make sense in the dropdown menu on the manufacturer's page because the parent categories are missing.
This solves that problem by changing one line of SQL in the index.php file.
Requires at least MySQL 3.23.3 in order to support the COALESCE() function.
