Completely redone!

This mod alters the 4 review files so that instead of the customer's full name being used, the customer's 1st name and email address are instead used. The email domain is obscured with asterisks to further protect the customer's right to privacy. A screenshot is included to show what the review pages will look like. Replacement files are also included this time for those who don't want to do a manual install. Always remember to backup your original files!

I screwed up, sorry about that. :/ There was a typo in product_review_write. While I'm at it, I'm going to replace the query with a more efficient one. I'll upload a fixed version in a little bit.
