Simple contribution to allow people who use Commission Junctions SmartZones to display the banners according
to what the user selects for their currency.

You must have already set up the smart zones, and checked they work ok before installing this!
In my instance I have a smartzone for United Kingdom adverts, and one for USA adverts, both targeting
just the people in those countries. No point in advertising an American Advert to a UK viewer and vice versa.
YOU MUST ALREADY HAVE WORKING SMARTZONE'S BEFORE PROCEEDING.
Even if you have just set up the smart zones, remember they can take a hour or two to start working,
so make sure you have tested them before proceeding.
BEFORE STARTING MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A FULL BACKUP OF YOUR OSCOMMERCE SO YOU CAN UNDO THIS IF NEED BE.
