Previous release had bug
I've added

$send_to = tep_db_prepare_input($HTTP_POST_VARS['send_to']);

in order for the mail to send correctly to desired email address( according to the config in My Store).

This contribution is a mix between two other contributions.
- Contact Us Choice (25-04-2004)
- Anti Spambot Contact Us (01-10-2006)
This contactform works same as previous file, but now the form is protected with Anti Spambot.

Enhanced Contact Us page displays store name and address, fills in name and email of customer if logged in. Optional features to display additional store information, link to external map, and alternative email destinations. Includes language files and two new buttons. Simple installation affecting no other files besides contact_us.php and associated language file.
