Japanese Zones (KEN/DO/TO) - shift_JIS
The 47 Japanese Zones shown both in English and shift_JIS (to show as Kanji not Hiragana).
Make sure that the row numbers match your database - BACKUP FIRST!
Requires full Japanese support on your PC to display shift_JIS versions correctly but you could just delete these and stick to English. Japanese EUC versions can be found on the Japanese International Support Site.
