COD charge for German Parcel or Deutsche Post

This COD order total module is written for the cvs version around February 2004 for German Parcel and Deutsche Post. It shouldn't be hard to modify for MS2 and/or any other shipping module.

Added for flat shipping module + Fixup for Version Dec 2005 pdreuw 26 Dec 2005

I did a short patch to get that module working with the most recent Milestone and the flat shipping module. So I did a small extend for a flat shipping cod charge.

This upload is only the file from

catalog/includes/modules/order_total/

so you need the rest of this distribution as well.
