This code draws HEAVILY from the pm_2checkout code. I have modified to work with the Transaction Central gateway from Payment Resource International (www.paymentresource.com). For testing purposes set the merchant account number to 10011 in the admin - no credit card will be charged that way.
Description:
This is your basic credit card payment gateway code designed to work with the provider listed above. Contact them for account setup and for any questions. I have found them to be very helpful, technically astute and reasonably priced (aka inexpensive).
They also have wireless solutions which I have not yet tried.

What Else:
Get your account from Payment Resource International JP @ 888-729-3539 x155 and plug in your merchantID in the admin control panel and viola! He will even help you with the integration.

This version adds support for CVV2 authentication and cleans up a few housekeeping issues - remove the old module first as the naming conventions have changed and you will wind up with duplicate entries - also, this supercedes mistakenly placed 'update' by Troy Megill over my previous contrib.
