Purchase Orders 1.4
This contribution is based on Purchase Orders 1.3 by Ole Byskov (osc@bgsys.dk, http://www.bgsys.dk). Version 1.3 allowed entry of an account number, account name, and purchase order number by any customer.
Version 1.4 is different in the following ways:
* Site administrator can enable/disable entry of a purchase order number as payment on an individual customer basis.
* Does not deal with an account number and account name, only a customer-defined purchase order number.
* Purchase order number will be displayed on invoice/order sheets, order confirmation e-mail, and account history information.
