Quickbooks IIF Import with Tax Option
Creates Quickbooks IIF files that allow you to import your customers and sales directly into Quickbooks without having to retype them. This updates the previous "QuickbooksPro 2003 No Tax" with Sales Tax capability and various improvements and is in effect the latest version of that contribution with a new name.

This version adds the following fixes or improvements (to the previous Quickbooks Pro 2003 No Tax ver):
1) Sales tax capability added (was done by Justin but hadn't yet been publicly uploaded)
2) Addresses without a company name don’t skip a line
3) Shipping methods now import properly
4) QB customer 'Name' now contains the unique cust id to avoid overwriting another customer with the same name
5) Customer is set as taxable or non-taxable according to the shipping zone
6) Customer's QB 'tax item' now imports
7) Terms now follows the payment method chosen by the customer on each invoice
This version does not yet:
1) Work with products that are group items
2) Work with sales tax that is a group item (see work-around next to "$taxname" variable)
3) Import credit card numbers
Known bugs:
1) Country does not import (there's a problem I haven't found yet)
This version has not yet been tested with Tax turned off in QB but the ultimate aim is for it to work either way.
