Made some improvements to the qb_iif_sale.php file. This version now imports the data needed to set-up new products/items automatically as Inventory items in QBs and as sales are imported the items will be removed from inventory to allow inventory tracking, etc. within QBs. I removed the qb_iif_customer.php file as all of the customer information is now integrated as well. You can now import multiple orders from the same customer without receiving "customer already exists" errors (done without appending order#s or date stamps to the customer name for a much cleaner customer list over time). Basically, this version completes the integration needed for the inventory, invoicing, shipping, and customer aspects of Quickbooks 2003 on a basic level. The next release will include the ability to control all of the settings within Quickbooks from the Admin panel of OSCommerce such as which items should be inventory v. non-inventory, preferred vendors, and item costs.

This contribution will allow you to import your customer and invoice data from your OSCommerce site directly into QBPro2003. QuickbooksPro 2003 has the FedEx Ship Manager program integrated into it so after setting up an account with FedEx you may ship directly out of Quickbooks without having to fill in all of the address details at fedex.com which should save busy stores several hours a day in time spent entering in info for shipping purposes.
