Better "box write review" Image

The reason I made this image is because the "box write review" image in the
Reviews Info Box looked bad and not with the same theme as the rest of the
default images for the store. I hope that it is added to the next release
of osCommerce. Enjoy.

Place this image in the /images/ directory of your catalog. It should over
write the existing image.
