Import tool for CSV files
This tool will import products or manufacturers from a CSV file into the OSC database.
It is an external link not integrated into the admin panel and it is in german. Feel free to modify it and make language aware or integrate into the admin panel.

Added a little comment and changed the path for the 5 images i used. Read the "quick_info.txt" for instructions. In the previous version the images where linked to the admin section of my store, that means you'll need my login and password...;-)

Translated to Dutch.
Also added some style and layout:
- one header and footer for all indexes
- did some styling
Installation is the same as before.
