Payment Left and Right Buttons
Allows for the selection off left or right sided radio buttons for all Payment Modules during checkout.

i loved Linda's idea, but got a php error messages about using a string offset in an array. i wasn't able to resolve that issue, but accomplished the same feat with just some layout changes to /catalog/checkout_payment.php
* this contribution will force radio buttons to the left side. make a backup of the original file in case you need to move them back to the right side.
