Product Attributes/Item Editor/Price v. 1

This is an improvement of another contribution called "Improve Product Attributes/Item Editor begin".
When I installed that contrib, I realized that there won't be any way to add a price and +/-
to each attributes. So what I did was make the fields as check box and added a text box for
the price and a select for + and -.

This contribution will simplify your life when adding product attributes from the main item editor page.
