Remove Newsletter option
Remove the subscribe to Newsletter drop down option from the create account page. Its simple, just remove a part of code from the create_account.php

This is an update to these instructions for 2.2MS2
This contrib is for people who do not and never want notifications or newsletter options to be seen by their customers.
It does nothing to the back end, it's just a hack to keep it from showing to your customers.
