Both versions (normal and Separate Pricing Per Customer version) updated for MS2.2 RC2a / SPPC 4.2.1b
Dutch language file of toering (not an SPPC version) included
Vertaling van customers.php in /admin/includes/languages/dutch. Dit voegt een extra veld 'dutch' toe aan languages.
Because it is not totally evident how to add (and make a few fixes for SPPC) this contribution to the Separate Pricing Per Customer 4.1.1 version of admin/customers.php I thought it might be useful to add those versions to the package.
